With 15 years of experience in the oil and gas and HV cable installation sectors, Karl Erik Holum brings engineering and business management expertise to Erithy.

When he founded the company in 2017 under the name Be Better Contractors, he started as consultant himself, and managed all aspects of the business, from recruitment to contract and employee management. Under Holum’s leadership, the company has grown to more than 15 employees from across the globe, including a full administration team, and has been DN Gaselle Bedrift in both 2022 and 2023.

In 2024, he changed the name of the company to Erithy, with a complete rebranding focusing on Earth, Energy and Integrity. These core values power Erithy’s vision of consultancy, where good work environment and long-lasting partnerships are our priority.

His goal for the future is to build a strong Erithy network, with continued focus on renewable energy sectors.
